Very Old car, sunroof doesn’t work. Hybrid system not working, No arm rests on the rear seats, Car was out of alignment, brakes vibrate at higher speed. Not a good experience

No issues were raised during the rental . Upon return, the car was extremely dirty, had exceeded the allowed mileage and the gas level was much less than how it was provided. As we discussed about the additional charges on the basis of pre-trip photos : customer refused to pay and the negative review followed .
Host was very understanding and kind to work with.
