Smooth process for this car. Easy pick up. Car performed as expected. Drop off was easy. Thank you for the use of your car

Host was easy to contact, pick up location easy to find. Condition of the car is used but well kept, really clean interiors.
Main concern is that breaks need to be checked, didn’t feel like they worked as it should, they should be replaced. Same with the wheels, very slippery in the highway and not suitable in raining conditions.

The beginning of my trip went very well. Pick-up was very smooth and Dmitri was very reactive and helpful. I'd mainly rented the vehicle to get from St. John's to Bishop's Falls. The trip out was very smooth, but unfortunately the car wouldn't start for the trip back, despite everything we tried. Luckily I was with friends, so I was able to get back to St. John's in time for my flight back to Europe. Again, Dmitri was very helpful and understanding, and we arranged for him to pick up the vehicle in Bishop's Falls, as I couldn't get it back to St. John's and wouldn't have had time to wait for road-side assistance. It was a very stressfull end to my trip, but Dmitri was flexible and understanding.
