Communication wasnt great i was told to call if i needed anything and it went straight to voicemail when i was on my way, i didnt know where the key would be or if someone was meeting me. I found a note on the window with another number to call.l it was unpleasant to wonder and worry the whole way there but over all it wasnt a big deal because the host was very nice and the car was great 👍
