Everything was wonderful with this car. Tony was extremely helpful and friendly. When I had any questions he responded immediately. Car was great, easy to drive, had all amenities that I needed, and great on gas. Would rent again. Thank you

Nice ride. The CX 5 gave me no problems over the 5 days I used it. Also, Tony was easy to get a hold of to help me with the booking and return location.

On the day that the car was given to me I was told the driver’s side mirror was cracked and the brakes were not working efficiently. After driving for a few miles, I informed the owner that I had to pump the brakes in order to get them to work. He told me he would swap vehicles out in a couple of days. When I set out to meet him to get the alternate vehicle he messaged me to say the AC in the alternate vehicle didn’t work. He asked if I would just take a discount from Turo. After speaking with Turo they said they only give credit for the next time I rent from them. I told the owner I would bring back the vehicle with half tank of gas in exchange for the brake issue.
I was visiting family for the week which was an hour away from the nearest rental agency, and didn’t want the aggravation of looking for another vehicle so I just limited driving it unless it was necessary. I also noticed the other two reviews were posted on the same day. (Can’t help to think someone is writing his own reviews)
Thanks for your candor Bridget. The only reason we did not cancel your trip was because we did not want to leave you stranded.
Both brake and mirror has been fixed.
And for the reviews, I don’t know which ones you are referring to, but I’m sure every review carries the name of the customer and it is absolutely impossible for hosts to write their own reviews.
