Very easy pick up and drop off! James was great and easy to work with. Car was clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

Pick up and drop off was easy! The car was great however it drag a little to the right but would highly recommend using.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The Tiguan is an enjoyable vehicle to drive, super clean, ample space and fuel efficient.
James was great- very easy to communicate with via text and in person, showed up promptly and provided clear instructions re: pick up and drop off, which were smooth and straightforward. We especially appreciated the flexibility of being able to pick up and drop off at YVR, and skipping the rental lines! Highly recommend and will be renting from James next time I'm in Vancouver. Thanks James!
