Zhen is a great host. Pick-up and drop-off were friendly, quick and easy.
The Tiguan ran great, was clean and in like-new condition. Easy to forget it’s a 2016.
Part of our trip was through mountains and snow, so having the required tires and AWD was important. Even though the roads were better than we prepared for, our destination driveway put these features to good use and the Tiguan performed admirably. On the road the car is very comfortable regarding climate control, suspension and handling and is a pleasure to drive.
I highly recommend Zhen as a host, and I was very pleased with the car.
