This was my first time using the platform, and I had a great experience with James. The vehicle was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Communication with James was smooth and easy throughout the rental. Both pickup and return were quick and convenient, and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend James to other renters.

James was great , pick up was easy and efficient, really nice guy. We were a few minutes late with drop off due to traffic but he was really understanding. The car was great just what we needed big enough for a long trip and super efficient on fuel. Cannot recommend enough would definitely use this provider again 5 * service from start to finish !
