Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The main reason I booked this car from Richmond, despite being based downtown, was because I specifically needed a bike rack for my cycling race. We also confirmed by message that the bike rack would be available, so I was expecting everything to be sorted.
However, when I picked up the car, it had a ski rack instead, which wasn’t useful at all.
I’m not sure if this was a listing issue or a misunderstanding, but unfortunately it created some unnecessary frustration during the trip.
