Quality was good. Pickup was good. Car works as expected but it is tight for 7 people with minimal luggage.

The condition is clear and good. Easy pick up and return.

Remote pickup was a nightmare. In hindsight, I would rather have not been offered this option so late at night. There was a code provided to a lock box, the location of which was not communicated fully clearly. The code was provided, but for someone that has never used this kind of lockbox, there were no clear instructions and I was not able to get a hold of the host. The parking lot was stranded, in Richmond, at 11:30pm while I tried to get this lock box open. When I messaged the next day, I was told I could have gone to hotel reception, but the hotel was closed for renos and there was actually fencing all around with no access. I didn't think any effort was put in from the host given the experience. The Uber eneded up costing more that what I was refunded for not picking up at a premium location. The key battery was also low. At return, I arrived as arranged and I was calling the host multiple times and I kept getting a mesaage that the person is not available. I was waiting in the cold ready with the luggage out to give the vehicle back.

Once again our host Daniel was an efficient communicator and the instructions were clear. The vehicle was in great condition.

Easy hand off with detailed instructions. Vehicle was perfect for family vacation. Smooth, comfortable and good on gas.
