Amazing host!!! Made incredible effort to make the process an easy and enjoyable experience. To start, he took the initiative to call into Turo, on my behalf, to have incorrect charges (charged by Turo) reversed even though this was not his problem to fix! Second, my plan was to walk from train station to the pick-up location but when I arrived at the station, to my surprise, he was there to pick me up so I didn't have to walk! And, to end the experience, he let me know that there would be no issue or added fee if I was running late (which I did end up being).
Also, since I was in the market for a wrangler, he took the time to give me a little advice on how to shop for one and what to expect.
Just wonderful all around! Highly recommend!

Service was great I can definitely recommend renting with Shawn. He was great at communicating and very flexible. The car was clean and felt well kept. Pickup and drop off were very easy and Shawn even took the time to give us some recommendations for driving/parking in the city.
