Vehicle was fantastic to drive. No issues and easy pick up and drop off process.

Pickup and supply of the vehicle was great and host was responsive. Car ran well but had a major mechanical issue which is unusual for a new vehicle. Roadside assistance was confusing and conflicting because of Canada rental and US location. Turo had the car towed away. Information from Turo was fair to poor and it wasn’t till after the tow that was I informed the trip was over and I would not be getting the car back.
They did refund me which I appreciated but was left high and dry with minimal other options for continuing my trip. They did refund Turo rental being a return drop off has now made my journey very difficult to on rent and much more expensive. There has been no recompense for three days lost travel and inconvenience in a remote location in Montana. Cannot recommend Turo to others.

I do apologize for the breakdown. As you mentioned the vehicle is brand new with less than 5k on odometer and this problem was completely unexpected. The issue is now resolved by Hyundai under warranty.
