The car and handoff were perfect for the adventure we had in BC. Car hand off and pick up were incredibly easy. Would use them in the future for vehicles in Vancouver

Car was clean, delivered on time, and very easy to pick up.
The host was responsive and helpful when I noticed there was a chip on the windshield. Fast and reliable support, and that was very appreciated.
I chose to pay additional for an airport drop off (for convenience), and we had to pay $14.75 out of pocket to exit the Vancouver airport upon pick up of the vehicle. Considering we paid $200+ extra just to have the vehicle at the airport, I do feel that parking costs should not be the Turo Renter's responsibility. I've arranged other Turo and Vehicle rentals from airports and never had to pay for parking, so this is definitely an area for improvement for a better experience. 😊
Would I rent from this host again? Yes.
But in the future I may opt to take an Uber/Lyft to their location rather than pay so much for airport pickup/drop off/parking.
