I had issue but I can’t return it due to my plans but owner was very cooperative.

Very bad experience with this car and with the host. When we picked up the car we noticed that one tire’s pressure was much lower than the other three. We were driving on the highway during heavy rain and found that the car was harder to handle than it should have been because of the difference is pressure. We reported the issue to the host who told us that « You would have to be a race car driver to notice that kind of difference in pressure ». We found this response to be very rude and not reassuring at all. Later after having the car parked for about 8 hours for a hike, we came back and the battery was dead. Luckily others in the parking lot were able to jump start us. Again when we reported the issue to the host he tried to blame us for leaving lights on or something plugged in (which wasn’t the case). At the end of the trip he also begged us for a five star review, saying a lot of weird and inappropriate things like not leaving a review is « as cruel as clubbing a baby seal ». We called Turo to request at least a partial refund but since the host denied that anything was wrong they were unable to provide any help. They told me he has multiple similar complaints against him. The host also told us himself that the car is at risk of being delisted because of lack of reviews especially in the maintenance category. While we didn’t experience any major problems and the car still did its job, it was extremely inconvenient to deal with the host and turo about this matter. I would highly recommend going with another car or another host.

absolute low iq behavior. you had then audacity to ask for a partial refund coz one tire was 7psi lower than the rest with zero leak. Turo should ban this lady from the platform.
