Great car to drive. Host is flexible with location which is convenient when you book the vehicle. Clear in communication and response quickly! I look forward to rent it again if I’m in Toronto!

The car was clean and as expected but as far as using Turo again I will go back to using Hertz as the hassle and uncertainty of handover, drop off and demands of extra money for things that had already been agreed wasn't worth the perceived benefits of using a company like Turo

Car was amazing but pick up and drop off were not smooth as I booked last minute. Be sure to give at least a day or two notice to ensure communication with host

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, this was a last-minute booking and I let you know the car still needed to be washed and prepared, which you agreed was okay. I acknowledge I was about an hour late for pickup. The trip was scheduled to end at 10 AM, but the vehicle was dropped off at the airport around 6 AM, four hours early. There were no issues on my end with the drop-off, as the vehicle was simply parked at the airport. I always try to make every trip as smooth as possible.
