Communication was the best I’ve had on Turo, Gabriel and his family were so quick, responsive and flexible. On cleanliness, the car needed a wash on delivery, and Gabriel reimbursed me for a wash I paid for. Likewise, tire pressures which were quite low on delivery. For the interior, the mats were rinsed but the interior was not "detailed" quality. Except for the constant "service required" warning on the screen that Gabriel told me about in advance, the car handled wonderfully. Thanks Gabriel!

It was just ok.
•Pickup and drop off at airport went smooth.
•Car was relatively clean, but lots of misc items in the trunk and frunk (bags, gloves, other misc stuff I don’t expect in a rental.
•Communication was easy through text and he was responsive
•Huge downfall was the new tires installed on the vehicle were extremely loud. We have two Teslas, never heard this before when putting on quality tires made for EV’s. It was like driving down the road on max RPM’s in a gas vehicle. Cancelled our road trip to Toronto because we couldn’t handle the noise.
