Great communication. Car ran well. Reasonably clean - looks like it was just left as is from the prior rental. No flexibility on return time - if you return early you'll have to pay for parking until the initial booking time.

The exterior of the car was clean, but the interior was unfortunately very dirty, with dust and crumbs left all over the seats. On top of that, the vehicle had over 230,000 km on it and didn't feel well-maintained. There was a persistent, strange engine noise while driving, and the brakes felt unresponsive, which made me suspect the brake pads urgently need replacing. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unsafe experience.

I respectfully disagree with this review. The guest raised none of these concerns before or during the trip. The review was posted only after they were charged for refueling, as the car was not returned at the original fuel level. The minor scratches mentioned occurred during previous Turo trips. The vehicle is continuously maintained despite its 230K km mileage, and recent annual inspection/service records were provided to Turo. The review is retaliatory and does not accurately reflect the trip
The car was very comfortable and made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was also excellent quick, clear, and helpful throughout the rental.
