Honestly one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I initially rented the car for 3 days, but the car was so amazing and the host was so professional, kind, and supportive that I ended up extending the rental for another full week. The vehicle was clean, drove perfectly, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable.
What really stood out to me though was the level of support and communication throughout the entire experience. Anytime I had questions, they responded quickly and made sure everything was handled properly. At one point during my trip I got the car towed, and instead of making the situation stressful, they were extremely understanding and helpful. They guided me through the process, supported me the whole way, and helped me get the car back without any issues. That level of patience and customer service is rare to find.
You can tell they genuinely care about the people renting from them and want you to have a good experience. My only regret is not renting the car for even longer. I’m genuinely happy with the experience and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and professional Turo experience. Fantastic job 🔥

The attitude from Sharifulla was absolutely poor. Gave me the 2018 Land Rover with messy wrap job, engine light was on and screen wasn’t working when I first turned on the car and he tried to blame me for it! His customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from an individual ever ! He was rude, and was not any help at all with the rental, had to wait 2 hours for the screen to begin working again and he didn’t offer any partial refund or remedy for this issue. I dropped the car off early due to this absolutely disgusting customer service and unwelcoming attitude. Inside of car was also dirty upon pick up. I rented from them on TURO and would not recommend again.
