From frequent check-ins to make sure I was doing well and asking if I needed anything, to providing a vehicle that was incredibly reliable and fuel-efficient, every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. The car performed flawlessly, and its excellent fuel economy was a huge bonus while I explored Canada.
What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. The host was always respectful, honest, and willing to take accountability for any issues that arose, no matter how small. They consistently put the customer first and genuinely cared about making my trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
To top it all off, I was running late and was at risk of missing my flight. Instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own, my host guided me through the quickest and easiest way to get to the airport and return the vehicle, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier.

The listing included a child car seat as an option without an additional charge, but the host mentioned that it was a paid add-on and had it listed as such in the Turo app. However, this information wasn’t visible on my end as a guest it may have been a glitch in the app. I’d recommend confirming this detail in advance when booking.
