Unfortunately, the vehicle was not in the condition shown in the Turo listing photos. The photos made the car appear clean and in excellent condition, but when we picked it up, there were numerous scratches, damage to the front bumper, and significant scratches on the wheels. None of this damage was clearly shown in the listing beforehand.
The vehicle also had a noticeable cigarette smell inside, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
The car drove reasonably well overall, but I did notice that the brake response felt somewhat delayed, which was concerning.
I understand that rental vehicles can have some normal wear and tear, but the biggest disappointment was that the actual condition of the vehicle was very different from what was represented in the photos. Had the current condition been accurately shown in the listing, I likely would have chosen a different vehicle.
