Terrible experience. I arrived to pick up the car and the battery was completely dead, so the car I had already booked and paid for wasn’t even usable.
The host had another car available that was the exact same model, just a different color, but instead of trying to accommodate me because his original car wouldn’t start, he told me I would have to pay the extra price difference for the other car. Otherwise, there was basically nothing he could do.
I don’t think a customer should have to pay extra because the vehicle they booked wasn’t ready or operational at pickup. At the very least, I expected the host to offer the equivalent replacement at the original price and try to resolve the situation.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expected from a Turo host.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle had been prepared before pickup, but the battery unexpectedly died. We replaced the battery immediately after the trip to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately, the guest was not eligible for our newer replacement vehicle due to age restrictions, so we had no other eligible vehicle available. We also covered the guest’s transportation expenses for the inconvenience.
La voiture était superbe. Cependant la prise en charge de celle ci reste à revoir avec l'entreprise. J'ai payé un service de livraison de la voiture à l'hôtel. J'ai du aller la récupérer moi même à 10min de l'hôtel la veille. On me contact la veille afin de savoir si la voiture pourrait être recuperer
