Had a great experience from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described-clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It drove smoothly and made the whole trip comfortable and stress-free.
Pickup and drop-off were easy, and everything was handled professionally. No surprises, just a reliable car that met all expectations. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this host. I arrived in town after a long trip and already had a scheduled meeting that evening. I informed the host that I arrived around 4:30 PM and asked if he was coming. He confirmed that he was on the way, but I still had to wait about 30 minutes before he finally showed up around 5 PM.
Instead of completing the pickup in a professional way, the host drove the vehicle himself and took me from the original pickup location to his house without my consent. During that drive he was driving very recklessly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had clearly explained that I was already running late for my meeting, and this unnecessary detour only made things worse.
The condition of the vehicle was also not acceptable. The car was dirty and did not appear to be properly prepared for a guest. Because of the overall situation and the unprofessional behavior, I decided not to continue with the trip and returned the vehicle immediately.
After I returned the car and handed over the keys at his driveway, the host refused to cooperate with Turo support and ignored their calls, even though he was still responding to my messages. I had to upload photos showing that the car was returned and parked in his driveway in order to protect myself.
Overall this was a very frustrating and stressful experience, especially after traveling and having an important meeting scheduled. I would strongly recommend future guests to be cautious when booking with this host. Professional communication, proper vehicle preparation, and respect for the guest’s time were unfortunately missing in this experience.
