The car was clean, and in great working order. Drove it for two weeks with no issues at all. Charles was a pleasure to deal with and met us at the airport on arrival and at departure. We had a terrific vacation and our Turo rental was a big part of our lovely holiday. Thanks Charles, we would happily rent from you again!

Using Turo for the first time, this wasn’t a great experience. Vehicle had multiple warning lights on the dash that stayed on our entire trip. The vehicles front tires were also so bald, the radial was showing, which the host took a picture of when it was given to us.
The host did bring two tires to the location we were at, which I had to take the vehicle in to a shop to get changed.
Host claimed he was unaware of the issues with the vehicle upon drop off.
Driving is my trade, and this vehicle was not fit for the road through a rental agency, and shouldn’t have been rented out in the condition it was.
Also contacted Turo customer service over the concerns, and got nowhere with them.
Thank you for your review. You took the vehicle without any complaints and only contacted me after 4 days to your trip to complain about the tires and the light. I drove 2hrs down to the place where you were to drop off 2 new tires for you. Even though the man who wrote this review wasn't the person who booked the vehicle with me, and as you claimed that driving is your trade, People have booked this vehicle before and after you and never had such. Thanks.
