They delivered a damaged and very dirty vehicle that reeked of dogs and cologne. Then they came and took the vehicle well before my rental ended and the “return vehicle option” was even available on the app.
I had rented the vehicle because my own was damaged and I have to arrive to meet clients with a presentable vehicle. I was on a very tight schedule otherwise I would have refused the rental.
When I immediately got in touch and asked them why on earth they would bring a damaged and dirty vehicle they said “oh it just happened” and “we didn’t know you were going to meet clients”. Like any of that matters. Then they tried to say the vehicle was clean which definitely was not the case and I have photos to prove it.
I don’t think these people know what customer service means or how to run a business and I will be disputing the transaction for a refund.
Additionally Turo is not available neither by phone or app to deal with these things on Sundays. All and all a terrible first experience.

Everything was great except that the front wiper fluid was either empty or frozen.

The vehicle was adequate, but vehicle was dirty interior and exterior when I picked up. Gas tank was not full either. Additionally, we were responsible for the parking cost to the exit the airport parking garage, which was $42 CAD. Host was responsive pre trip and at time of pick up and drop off.
