Key fob for car was damaged and was a bit inconvenient to use.

Where do I start? I told host I was heading for a long trip out of province and asked him to check vehicle. He said he would. During trip, Engine oil light came on, host was very unresponsive, so I went through customer service for approval and reimbursement after approval. Then upon my return, front driver wheel exploded on highway. Luckily a nearby farmer and wife helped with spare. When I took to a local tires shop, the mechanic was shocked at the state of front tires. Passenger tire was bald! I replaced both and with Turo support, I am getting a reimbursement. Beware: this host and cohost are absolutely terrible and take down bad reviews "disabling" cars. This car also shakes.. I will NEVER rent from him again.
