I had such a great experience renting from Rufan. He was extremely communicative, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire trip. At one point, I got stuck at Costco trying to figure out how to open the gas tank, and he answered the phone right away and helped me figure it out, which I really appreciated.
The car itself was beautiful, very clean, drove incredibly smoothly, and I had absolutely no issues with it. Everything about the rental was easy and stress-free. The pickup location was also super convenient for me, which made the whole experience even better.
Rufan was kind, reliable, and great to deal with. I would absolutely rent from him again and would highly recommend him and his car to anyone looking for a smooth and easy Turo experience. Definitely five stars!
