I wouldn’t even give this host one star.
First, they secretly changed the pickup location on Whatsapp without informing Turo. When I received the car, it was already in terrible condition and dirty. I had to wash the car. Multiple warning lights were on, fluid was leaking, and steam was coming from the engine.
While I was driving, the car suddenly stopped by itself. Shortly afterward, one of the tires completely blew out on the highway, putting me in a very dangerous situation.
Instead of taking responsibility for providing an unsafe and defective vehicle, the host tried to blame me for what happened. They showed no concern and did nothing to help until Turo got involved. Only then did they respond. The vehicle had to be towed away, and Turo provided me with a replacement car.
This was an extremely unsafe and stressful experience. I would never recommend renting from this host.

Great host and a great car! Pickup was easy, communication was excellent, and everything was explained clearly. The whole process was smooth. I would definitely book again for our next family trip.
