The pickup process was easy and convenient. The vehicle was very spacious, and the host provided excellent support throughout the trip. I would definitely rent this vehicle again!

The car was in excellent condition and just what we needed for a road trip with 7 people to a cottage. The Honda Pilot is big enough for lots of people and has some storage in the trunk for bags. It was good on gas, going about 500km on 2/3rds of a tank of gas -- it has about 710km in range on a full tank. The service by Sichan was great, as they brought the car to my house and then picked it up at the end of the rental. No problems. This was my first Turo rental, but it won't be my last.

There were issue with brake shoe . We were not informed at all. Had a full scare experience with the family. I saw the reviews and then selected this vehicle. Owner is responded promptly and tried to help but our experience was not good . I think it should be ok after fixing the issue .
