Cigarette smell, mechanical noises on brakes plus the host tried to blame me for an existing scratch despite that I barely used the car and cancelled/modified to shorten the trip of 12 days less because the smell was so bad.

Worst experience with Simon and Turo. Rented us the car knowing there was already a weird brake noise, and days later it turned into a brake failure on the highway with my wife and daughter in the car. Put my family's safety at serious risk. On top of that, Turo isn't giving us a real response and is refusing to refund us. Would not recommend.

This was your second rental from me. During the first rental, the vehicle was scratched. Although the claim was approximately $500, you paid only $200.
After using it for one month and 28 days, you requested a full refund. I don’t believe that is reasonable after nearly two months of use.
