An absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. The car was great, exactly what we needed for the trip, but what really made the experience exceptional was the host.
He was incredibly helpful, caring, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went well for us. At one point I even got completely lost trying to find the parking lot, and throughout everything he was there helping and making things easier.
By the end of the trip, it honestly felt less like dealing with someone I rented a car from and more like having a friend there who was looking out for us. That kind of hospitality and personal attention is rare and very much appreciated.
I would rent from him again without hesitation. Great car, outstanding host, and an all-around excellent experience. Highly recommended!
