Car was clean, charged. Host was very accomodating, tracked our flight and when arrived early, dropped car off early. Extended rental without charge when we were a bit late to return. Good instructional videos, answered questions, and wasn't stickler for charging, though we did, condition (within reason). Even got to chatting and turned out from same area we were from. Great first Turo experience, would rent again, highly recommend.
