I had a very disappointing experience with this Turorental. The vehicle is not in a condition that I was suitable or safe to rent.
The car had animal hair throughout the interior and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we got in. More concerning were the mechanical issues. The suspension and rear links are damaged and made lots of noise. It felt like the back tire was loose.the parking brake would not fully release and a warning sign that says it needs servicing, causing the car to beep continuously throughout the drive. I contacted the owner and he told me that he does not have time and can’t help me and for me to look at YouTube videos on how to release the brake. There was also a tire pressure warning indicating the tires needed attention.
Instead of providing peace of mind during our trip, the vehicle caused constant stress and safety concerns. A rental car should be clean, properly maintained, and road worthy. Unfortunately, this one was not. Based onmy experience, I cannot recommend renting this vehicle until these issues have been properly addressed.
I had missed my appointment due to all these problems and had to uber myself around and my trip was unfortunately canceled.
I do not recommend renting from Turo because it cost more money than a car rental place, their vehicles are old and unsafe also they do now give you enough mileage. So a 2026 brand new car would cost you less when rented from enterprise and you have unlimited mileage.

The car was comfortable but then had some sounds I was not sure of so called the owner and got a replacement vehicle. It was easy and he was helpful and he upgraded us at no charge to make sure we had a car without issues.
