The hosts dropped off the car where we were staying and couldn’t have made the whole process any easier! They were also very quick at communication and very helpful. Sadly we had issues with the car but the hosts were kind and helpful, and thankfully we were still able to continue our trip.

Thank you for your feedback, Michèle. Unfortunately, the radiator developed an unexpected issue during the trip, with no prior warning lights or issues before pickup. Once the car arrived at our mechanic, we had the radiator replaced with a brand-new one the same day. We’re glad you were still able to continue your trip!

Car was clean and ran well. Had an engine light issue that was known prior but did not affect the drivability of the car. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time so was not a surprise during the trip. Otherwise great experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Joel. We had the vehicle checked by our mechanic before your pickup, and the light was off at the time. It appears to be an intermittent EVAP issue that doesn’t affect drivability. I’ll have our mechanic check it again tomorrow and get it addressed.
