The car was nice, however, it was not as clean as my other experiences. Floors were clean but some things on the dash and steering wheel were a little sticky due to a rush cleaning job and streaks, etc. The exterior was not cleaned (or their attempt was to clean it without water and jump a rag or something. Again, seemed like a rush job.) Also, they did tell me this when I picked up the car, but the they had a broken sensor that hadn’t been replaced. Wish they told me before I booked the car, but when I got there they told me about it. This sensor may be related to the AC. The AC was not working. So when I was on the highway driving it got a little warm.
I hesitate to share this because all around the car was good but just a few small things made me give them a 4 out of. 5. Also, I had to pay for the parking when normally my prior experiences the owner paid for parking at pick up.
I think a 4 out of 5 is fair.
The car is a nice car. Communication was pretty good. And they were generally friendly.

To help you out, we accommodated an early 1:00 PM pickup instead of your 3:30 PM slot, which unfortunately cut into our usual professional car wash time. Regarding the sensor, we shared the Hyundai report in person confirming it was safe for long trips.
Per Turo policy, airport parking goes to the lot; it’s free if exited within 15 mins. Safe travels!

Great service is all i can say , as soon as i landed and got all my luggage the vehicle was parked outside for me. I had a lil trouble with the lockbox , but he responded immediately and came back and helped me right away. Other than that no issues . Will definitely be booking again in the future.
