An absolutely fantastic experience! Our Ford Bronco was the perfect car for our trip through Nova Scotia. Pick-up at Halifax Airport was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and would definitely rent a car from Mercari again. Highly recommended!

Both were great. My only disappointment was that I was u see the assumption from what I read online that the car would be waiting so it would be a seamless transition from airport to next destination. We had to wait 29 min which cut my already short time at the NS Archives that close at 4:30.

Hi April, glad to hear the car is working out well for you! Regarding the wait, your trip starts at 2:30, we hand over the car to you at around 2pm. our hands were tied by Turo’s insurance policy, which strictly permits key handoffs a maximum of 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. For future trips, if you arrive early, please let us know. You can request an earlier start time directly in the Turo app. Then we can hand you the keys right away.
