Thank you for your review, Brian, and for your kind words about my hosting. I am deeply sorry for the sudden engine light appeared during your trip. We pride ourselves on rigorous maintenance, using only premium parts well ahead of manufacturer intervals to keep our cars in top shape. Sadly, as with any machine, unforeseen issues can still arise beyond our control, as this did after 6 days and 1000km on the road. I am very grateful for your calm response and for safely pulling over right away.
Car broke down and no one was of any help. We were left stranded in the middle of rural Nova Scotia by your company. Unbelievable.

Paul, this review deflects from your own gross negligence. Our vehicle data proves the car warned you of a critical overheat at 1:42 PM. Instead of safely pulling over, you ignored the alarms, accelerated from 51 to 83 km/h, and drove the melting engine for 8 more minutes until total failure. Dodge mechanics confirmed you then burned out the starter trying to force-start the seized engine. You destroyed a perfectly maintained vehicle through reckless driving, not a mechanical failure.
Everything went smoothly and as promised. The vehicle was exactly as described and was in very clean condition. Salman stayed in contact and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend.
