Absolutely incredible Turo experience from start to finish! The Range Rover was absolutely amazing — a true luxury SUV that was spotless, beautifully maintained, and a pleasure to drive. The comfort, power, smooth ride, and premium feel of the vehicle made our Toronto trip even more enjoyable. It was everything you expect from a Range Rover and more.
What truly made this experience five-star was the host’s exceptional service and hospitality. The host went far above and beyond what is normally expected. When we arrived in Toronto, the host personally came directly to the terminal where we exited to meet us, making the arrival process incredibly easy and convenient. No waiting, no confusion — just outstanding service.
The host was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Communication was perfect, with very fast responses to every message. The host even helped us with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
At the end of our trip, the host again provided the same amazing level of service by coming directly to where we were stopped for departure. This level of attention, convenience, and personal care is something you rarely experience.
This was truly a five-star luxury experience — an amazing vehicle combined with an amazing host. The host clearly takes pride in providing the best possible experience for guests.
I would highly recommend this Range Rover and this host to anyone visiting Toronto. I will definitely be renting again from this host on my next trip.
