The car was previously smoked in and the one wiper blade was damaged. There was also a clattering when driving on rough roads.

The size of the vehicle was great it was where it was supposed to be on time however the windows were not clean you could barely see out the front window. The driver's windshield wiper blade was falling off you could not look or use it in the rain. This was a hazard and dangerous. Two rear tires were 5 lb under recommended PSI the passenges right front was 3 lb under. There was lots of sand inside on the front drivers and passengers side and the rear carpets. We had to go to a car wash. We bought some window cleaner and microfiber cloths and cleaned the windows and the dash.. it was disgusting. I would not recommend Turo!!!!

Picked up car with windshield wipers that have never been replaced… where it doesn’t wipe is exactly where I needed vision to see the road on rainy days. Turo host said there’s no windshield washer fluid and if I get some they will reimburse me. This NEVER happened. Partway through had an issue with the eye vision. Was recommended to ChatGPT the issue.. all problems put on me. After trip ended I reached out for reimbursement. They ignored me. Overall terrible experience
