Beautiful car, comfortable, and wonderful hosts! Another host cancelled on me a day before the trip which caused me a major inconvenience. Reshu and Mohit were kind enough to accept my last minute request and I could not be more thankful!

For starter the car reeks of cigarettes !! So being pregnant, it was making me sick. But the pick up and drop off instructions was NOT clear. The ad said "you'll check yourself in with lockbox" so I choose to pick up the car at the airport.
These were the instructions given to me: "TO LOCATE CAR: The app will give your directions to the car and show you a map with its current location. You will also receive a message with the details, and a photo of the location will also be uploaded to the “Photos” section of the Turo app.

TO CHECK-IN: Check in directly on the Turo app after taking the car keys of the Lockbox hanging on the driver side door (Access Code will be shared) and once finished, you are good to Unlock the car. You will find the parking ticket in the glovebox, which you will need to exit the parking lot. Please keep in mind you will be required to pay a parking fee (usually under $15)"
When we arrived there was zero instructions to locate the car and the ping location was randomly at a road. I had to msg to host, which then said he was 20mins away ...... so he was 20 mins late to our scheduled time and it was NEVER communicated that it would be an in-person drop off.
Host then said that when dropping off the car, if we can do another in-person drop off and if not to park it in the parkade.
Fine, I told him ill keep in touch when we leave.
On the day we had to leave i msg him in the early afternoon and told him we will be at the airport for 4:30pm (our flight was at 6pm) and if he still wanted to meet up or park the car in the parkade. Host said he wont be there until 4:50pm, so to park it in the parkade if we dont want to wait. We told him we'll park it in the parkade as we still need to do the check out process and go through security in the airport. So now we had to communicate on how to return the car in the parkade as there was zero instructions on that too.
Then the Host said that "if WE wanted to save money, to wait for in person drop off as we will then be responsible for paying the parking fee. HOWEVER THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO US FOR CHECK OUT. So now we have to risk missing our flight just to "save" money on parking fee ?!?!
False advertisement, poor communications, and zero respect for other people's time.

Great car , great services over all would recommend to book this vehicle.
