Pick-up and drop-off were smooth, but unfortunately, the car’s condition was not the greatest. There was no windshield washer fluid, the tire pressure warning light was on, and the maintenance reminder was overdue. The interior was also quite dirty, and I had to wipe it down with disinfectant wipes before driving. There was also a strong smell of smoke inside the vehicle. Overall, the rental experience could have been much better with better vehicle preparation and cleanliness.
