Car quality was great and pickup was smooth. Dropoff, however, was much more inconvenient than expected. The host asked us to return the car to her home instead of the original pickup location at P4.
She offered to drop us off at the airport afterward, but it wasn’t made clear that we would actually be dropped back at P4 rather than at the terminal. From there, we still had to wait for and take a shuttle to the airport, which added significant time that we had not planned for.
As a result, we came extremely close to missing our flight home, and the entire dropoff experience was unnecessarily stressful.
At the very least, the dropoff process and transportation arrangements should have been communicated much more clearly and upfront so we could plan accordingly. It also would have been helpful to have more flexibility around where the vehicle could be returned rather than having the return location changed from the original pickup spot.
The car itself was great, but I would strongly recommend confirming all return and airport dropoff details in advance before booking with this host.

Extremely rude customer the husband slam my door they wanted me to drop them infront of the airport door which is against Turo and the YUL airport for rental car and I was warn before even to not drop off in Uber area I ask the client prior to the trip if they can pick me and I will drop them at P4 to take the shuttle to the airport but they wanted me to drop them at the airport. Most of my previous client some pick me up I had no issue.
I don't want to rent my car to these Rude people again.
