I want to start by saying that the host was a very kind and respectful person. Communication was smooth, and he was very helpful throughout the process. However, I must mention that the car did not function properly at all. Right after I left, within a couple of minutes, the car hesitated, lacked power, and made a knocking sound. It struggled to shift gears and never had enough power, especially when going uphill. It was clear that these mechanical issues were pre-existing, and he should have disclosed them beforehand. This put our safety at risk, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this car for future rentals.
Hey Miguel, thanks for leaving a review and I understand where you’re coming from. Based on what you’ve said the vehicle was in perfect running condition up until you picked it up as it came back from a trip just hours before you booked it and the guest who had it previously had no issues with it. And pointing out that my communication was good I was surprised that you didn’t get back to me about the condition and if safety risk was involved you shouldn’t have driven the vehicle to start with.

AC wasn't working properly and front right side door had some issues as well , otherwise got the job done
Hey Lovepreet, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I think you didn’t turn on the AC button, and after multiple texts and calls, I didn’t hear back from you. Also, the door is heavy, and I showed you how to open and close the door properly and how to use the A/C when you dropped off the vehicle and there was clearly no issue.
I think better communication would have been helpful.
