At first the host didn't let us see the car properly accusing that everything was fine and didn't let us check the levels of oil as well, we first used the car for 1 day and everything was fine but the second day (today )(of six days rented) the car started to sound bad, so we asked the host what was wrong , from the moment the warning lights started to blink we stopped the vehicle and asked the host what to do; 30 minutes later he arrived to refill the oil because it was the problem we saw on the warning lights. We thought it was okay but when we arrived to our hostal it started to sound bad again. We talked to the hosts and they seemed upset with us. They told us that we couldn’t understand english, they told us “what is wrong you”, they asked us to not message us again. They weren’t helpless at all but rude and not empathetic at all!

Driver speaks English as a second language so communication was a bit difficult. The car had an issue which we tired to solve by adding oil. But it was not the issue. Instead of not driving the car when you noticed there was still an issue you drove 1 hour away. Then we you contacted us about the issue you did not want to stop driving the car even though we said it was not safe to do so. When we asked you to contact Turo for your insurance coverage you declined. I would not rent to this person.
