Overall, the car was good and drove very well. It was great on gas mileage, and we didn’t have any issues with the car itself. He also arrived right on the dot at 1 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time, and gave us a grace period when returning the car, which I appreciated.
The biggest issue was with the pickup instructions. They led us to a different parking lot, and it took us almost an hour to figure out where we were supposed to go. I would recommend asking ahead of time which arrival gate/parking area the car is located near so you can go directly to the correct location.
Tips for future renters:
* There is a phone holder in the glove compartment, so you don’t need to buy one. I didn’t find it until the end of our trip and had already purchased one.
* Bring an older USB cable. The car’s USB port isn’t compatible with the newer USB cables.
* Ask which arrival gate/parking area the car will be in before pickup to avoid going to the wrong lot.
Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking to save money. The car drives well, is very good on gas, and we had no issues with it during our trip.

These guys took great care of us. It was a three week rental and The communication, service, and quality were all top-notch. The mileage policy was very generous, and the price point was an excellent value. The car was great. It more than fit our needs. It was mechanically sound and delivered Clean. We will certainly rent from this Turo dealer again
