The conditions of the car were good and we had no issues with the car it’s self. The car was a few minutes late for the drop off and when returning the car early there was no clear instructions on the Turo App on how to do so. I finally received instructions on returning the car at 11am which was the end time of my reservation. I think drop off instructions could’ve been a little clearer and provided earlier than the time the trip was scheduled to end. Regardless of the confusion with pickup and drop off Vijay was very responsive and I would use the car again.

No issue with the car but communication with the host was stressful. Asked a question weeks before my trip and received no response back, asked the same question a week before my trip, no response, but could see they read my messages. They didn’t give me any info on pick up until 10 hours before my pick up and it was an 8am pick up. Was told that I had only 20 min to get the car otherwise I’d be charged parking from the airport. Got to the parking lot at exactly 8am, he did not give me the lock box code in advance, I had to call him to get the code. Got in the car at 8:09am and had 2 min to leave the parking lot bc he dropped off the car at 7:51am and didn’t notify me, we were waiting nearby and could’ve come earlier if we knew.

As per Turo’s requirements, once we park the vehicle at the airport, we immediately provide the parking location and lockbox information through Turo. The vehicle was parked at 7:51 AM for an 8:00 AM trip. If the information provided through Turo was not checked, that is unfortunately beyond our control. We always follow Turo’s airport procedures.
