The car itself was was fine, but there were multiple issues that made this trip frustrating.
1. There were not clear instructions in the original message for pickup location of which parking lot, the code for the lockbox, and I had to message the person on the app to get any info.
And the drop off was late by 45 minutes, which is unacceptable.
2. There is a large sticker in the middle of the rear window that makes viability annoying while driving
3. There was not clear instructions for drop off as no code was given for the lockbox, meaning we needed to wait for the person making drop off frustrating as we needed to make our flight.

Thank you for your review. All the records are available on Turo . We follow all terms. Since 2015 vehicle has sticker on rear window no one has issue. We handover key in person so I don’t need to share lock code with you. Lock is available in the car it means not to use but still I asked on phone. I was on the way to airport few minutes away for pick up , he is confused what he is doing. All comments are wrong. You drive with front window or rear window?
This is a very well equipped toyota highlander. Heated seats. Heating / air conditioning works great. Drives smooth.
Worked out well fir our family of 5.
