The car was conveniently dropped off and clean and pick up was made very easy. Communicative and responsive host. No issues.

Very smooth transaction from start to finish. The host was easy to communicate with and made the entire rental process hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and would happily rent from them again.

The car was in great shape; clean and comfortable! Barring a small wait on our end for baggage claims, the handoffs at the airport parking went smooth!

The car was fine , but the person (owner) isn’t the best you will deal with. Due to urgency i have to leave early before the trip and request him that my brother will return the car, which he said i will see, but on returning day he said you will have to be there which is right according to turo app policy but what about prior discussion.
Even when returned the car he accused me of breaking a small cupholder thing, even I don’t know about and asks for payment on the return as he already know it’s broken,
I want to leave a good review even i have to take another flight to return the car but what he done on the return of car was unacceptable. Next time don’t accused your customer treat the well please 🙏

As per this message he know Turo policy still he wants me to do something extra for him, once I decline his request he start writing anything. He come with broken cup holder divider I asked him for pay upfront then he said I will send you by email send me your email. Once I send him email after 24hrs he said go through Turo. Very poor experience, requesting others check everything before dealing with him. If we fallow his (guest) request then we (host) is good otherwise host is not good and all.
Fantastic experience! The host was highly professional, and the car was in pristine condition inside and out. The pickup process was incredibly smooth with absolutely no hiccups. Highly recommend!
