Rented this car for a weekend trip to Banff, and overall it was a fantastic experience.
The host was exceptionally nice, communicative, and very flexible when it came to arranging pickup and drop-off times, which made the logistics completely hassle-free. As for the vehicle itself, it was reliable, smooth on the highway, and comfortable for the drive into the mountains.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d gladly rent from this host again.

Car was in decent condition, no complaints. Pickup and drop off location was convenient however pickup was delayed 45 mins which gave it the 4 stars. Otherwise it worked well for our trip.
