It was very comfortable trip for 6 people. The car is very comfortable and reliable. No issues during our trip.

Vito is great in terms of service and communication. No complain. This is great chance to drive Mercedes SUV with reasonable price but it’s an old. It still runs great the mountains with power. Just one thing you should know that there is an issue. The warning sign on the screen came up every 10 minute. Vito warned me when I picked up the car but didn’t expect the warning sign dinging every 10 min which bothered me quite a bit. I had to check if the tires were fine often just in case. Also the engine oil warning sign came up for the last two days. Overall, it’s a good car to run the mountains with family but Vito needs to maintain the car better I think. Oh, Vito prepared carts for luggages when I return the car at the airport which is very nice. Thank you!

Vita has been amazing! He was very accommodating with flexible pick up location, our hotel, which is a few min away from Airport Parking. He was always reachable for any questions we had, excellent and responsive! Definitely recommend him to others and will rent again if we ever visit Calgary!

Great host!!! Effortless transactions, easy pickup and drop off, and excellent communication. We had a wonderful time driving Vito’s SUV with lots of power when you needed it, excellent mileage (600km on just under half a tank) lots of room and comfort in the cabin, and of course style.
Thanks Vito for an excellent experience to Banff!!
