The car was absolutely perfect and the host was very accommodating. Excellent communication would definitely rent this car again!

The car was a joke. The air conditioner did not work, the low battery sign kept on coming, the car was rattling like a old grandma, it was an embarrassment driving this car in Banff and everybody looking at the car because they are startled at the weird noises coming from the car. The gas did not fill, it auto shut off after every 4-5 liters, it took me several tries to fill the car, fill it 5 litres, turn on the car, check the gauge, turn off the car, fill it a bit more… oh my… there was only one usb charging port in the car, which means the family members had no way to charge their phones… when we turned on the AC, engine fumes started coming into the car cabin, imagine driving oh highway with windows down, and your hair are all spoiled, good luck with taking photos after that… I thought I was getting a nice car, I got a clunker

Funny how none of this was a problem during ur entire trip. You drove the vehicle all the way to Banff and Jasper without mentioning any of these “major issues.” If it was really that bad, why didn’t u contact us? For someone with a PhD, you’d think facts would matter. Please add in how you were SCREAMING over the phone cause a girl half ur age knew more about cars than u. theres a reason TURO told you to not contact me again.. This was not your typical honda so obviously it wouldnt be the same!
Great experience renting this car through Turo! The car was in good condition and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Host was responsive and accommodating, car was as described, everything worked, no malfunctions. The Land Rover was comfortable and roomy. Easy experience, all told!
