The Jeep was nice and clean and in top operating condition when we picked it up. The host was also very responsive throughout our trip, aptly addressing all of our questions and concerns throughout, especially with it being our first rental through the Turo app. The drop-off process was also smooth. Great experience overall!

The host tried scamming me saying the car was damaged because the rear middle seat looked slightly depressed. Left the car in excellent condition and on time and they pull this stunt, not sure what they're trying to get out of this but very disappointing.

This review is extremely disappointing and misleading. A damage concern was documented and reported through Turo’s standard process, and this review was posted before we had even sent an invoice or requested any payment from the guest. We have actually been taking additional time to explore the most reasonable repair option before proceeding. Characterizing an unresolved damage assessment as an attempt to “scam” someone is simply inaccurate.
Great vehicle! Highly recommend!! Process was seamless
