My first bad Turo experiance. It started with NO communication the day before our arrival (listing says contactless pick-up, instructions 24hrs prior). The day of our flight I reached out again & completed the online check in. When we landed there was still no messages of where the SUV would be or how to access it. We called her directly and when she answered she told us she had forgotten about our booking! She said she could be at the airport in 15 minutes, but that was actually 1.5hrs of us waiting. When we received the SUV, it was clean & fueled - but the host didnt even apologize, in fact she said nothing to us! I will note the the SUV does have a slight smell of smoke, not heavy but noticable. Our return was almost the exact same experiance, messaged her the week before and again day of return. Ultimately, I said that if she didnt respond to meet us at the drop off location, I would have to leave the vehicle in short term parkade. As we were already parking, she finally responded telling me to park in short term. The crazy part is that when we parked & got out of the turo - she was standing right behind the car! I guess she has a tracker tag in it... but still, we were left in the dark for both pick up & drop off. I should also note that during this time if she was personable, i the review could have been changed for the better... but she literally got into the jeep while I was trying to complete the check out photos and didnt bother to talk to us. The SUV itself has a few dents & scratches, but runs well. In winter, the tires should maybe be changed as it didnt have much traction.

Great car, fuel efficient, clean, however the car did have a smell of cigarette smoke that lingered throughout the rental.
